12/20 Carnival of the Capitalists Is Up
Carnival of the Capitalists is up at XTremeBlog. It’s not categorized, but there seems to be a pattern of sorts.
Business Opportunities Weblog hosts the next edition, in probably the worst slot of the year for getting lots of entries and links. Perhaps you could make a point to enter a business or economics post you write this week or have recently written. It should have substantive writing of your own, and not do little more than point to a link. E-mail cotcmail -at- gmail -dot- com or use Brian Gongol’s CotC submission form.
To emphasis how bad it is to have the CotC this week, last year I had this week. It was the only one Glenn Reynolds DIDN’T link to.
Posted by Sean Hackbarth on 12/21 at 01:11 AMIt was the first of about three weeks that didn’t get linked; the longest stretch. He’s also skipped a few weeks during the subsequent period. Seems to depend if he is caught up in something special at the time, or on break. We lost one to the guest bloggers, and at least one to Rathergate I believe.
Today worked out because he’s around and blogging, but fairly lightly, and he’s in the habit enough that it helped. Next week? Who knows what’ll happen. When Dane signed up for next week, I also gave him a slot about a month later to balance out the bad slot.
Posted by Jay on 12/21 at 01:18 AMWith the daily avalanche of links I’m sure Glenn gets I don’t want to get on him for not linking. But he also didn’t mention my five-year weblogging anniversary. Maybe he’s anti-TAM and no one told me.
