I’ll let her share more details if she wants to vent later, but the big trauma centers around the insurance company having sent her there named Yoder with assurance that was the way to go and then she could change to Ellis later. But she’s Ellis to the Social “not for identification purposes” Security Administration, with which they cross-reference. Doh.
Yeah, this is why I refuse to go with one or the other. I use both. Except for flying, which requires the driver’s license name (which I have not changed yet) and my diplomas which I refuse to share AT ALL with my in-laws
