Most women overestimate breast cancer risk.
Gosh, I wonder why.
And anybody who’s surprised that it’s hard to get women to have mammograms is obviously ignorant of exactly how one is performed. We won’t even talk about the difficulty involved in scheduling one in a lot of places, even if you want to. Failure to diagnose breast cancer is a pretty popular lawsuit right about now.
Anyway, another big raspberry goes out to those who are astonished at the obvious.
