Big day tomorrow.
Well, sort of. I’ve got my first appointment with the midwife.
Do you think it’s too early to ask for a C-Section?
(BTW, anybody who’s thinking about going there, don’t. OK? I’m going for a repeat. This is non-negotiable but I’d be a crappy candidate for a VBAC anyway so I don’t expect any negotiation. Maybe someday I’ll explain why, maybe I won’t. But if you’re tempted to differ, just don’t. Thankyouverymuch.)
(Isn’t it odd that I feel compelled to add a disclaimer? I notice I’m not the only one who does when she posts something that can be expected to draw comment. Damned mommy-wars. WTF is up with that, anyway?)
you’ll have to tell me what a VBAC is first

There seems to be a sentiment among a lot of folks that everyone should attempt one. That is, of course, not necessarily true. For some odd reason it’s a really hot topic, though.

Posted by on 07/05 at 09:19 AMI believe there are roving bands of Raving Lunatic Mommies that spend all their time criticizing others for their choices [did you use medication? do you breastfeed? yadda yadda] instead of enjoying their own!
That’s why *I* put in the disclaimer. I’m SO NOT one of those.
Whatever works for you, babe.
xoxo
