Carnival of the Capitalists
The April 11 edition of Carnival of the Capitalists is up at TJ’s Weblog, featuring a specially selected set of twenty links.
There were 44 entries received by the deadline. One of those I would have excluded for being apparently nothing more than spam. Another I would have excluded for not having a post URL. Without description or ceremony, at the end of this post I will include the links to the 25 others that were not included in CotC proper this week. Just links, pasted in, for you to check out if you would like to see the raw material for yourself.
Next week’s edition will be hosted by Brian Gongol, whose Gongol.com submission form is widely used for entering posts into CotC. I anticpate an intriguing, inclusive presentation that may be visually unlike what you would ordinarily see.
Besides the aformentioned entry page, there is also a universal carnival submission form, or you may simply send the relevant details to cotcmail -at- gmail -dot- com. Meaning blog name and URL, post title and URL, trackback URL if there is one, your name, and a brief description of the post. That last also allows you to indicate why it is on topic, if it might be considered borderline at first glance.
As always, future hosts are listed at the Carnival of the Capitalists page.
A reminder to would-be hosts: Carnival of the Capitalists takes a lot of work. For most of the week, you monitor what comes into the Gmail account for CotC, read the posts that have been submitted, then put it all together in a post with some description and formatting to make it plausibly explorable and readable. The reward is a great deal of traffic, the ability to choose what posts to particularly highlight, and the opportunity to promote your blog while it’s in the spotlight.
Here are the raw links that didn’t make the cut, in the order received. Some of these may appear in the next CotC, as people are welcome to resubmit, as one already has:
