Carnival of the Recipes Is Up
Martin Lindeskog has a lovely edition of Carnival of the Recipes, featuring a Danish theme in support of our friends in Denmark.
I particularly like the sound of frikadeller, which look almost like large Swedish meatballs, and the pork loin stuffed with prunes and apples, or Morbrad med Svedsker og Aebler.
