Darn Weather
At 9:45 this morning we have Sadie’s 15 month checkup. That should be interesting.
Then we have two things for Deb, a break until 3:00, and another thing for Deb, all at the same medical center down the street from the office. In between, we’ll go to the office and have lunch. There’s also stopping at the lab in there somewhere.
Lucky for us, so far there’s only a slushy light coating. But ick. We’re in what is shown as the 3 - 6” region on the “special map,” but we’re not that far out of the 6 - 10” region. Great day for it.
And so it begins in earnest.
We have reason to hope for the most cooperative of winters, given the mid to late February arrival and the medical treadmill leading up to it. You may recall that with Sadie we had two NST (non-stress test) visits and an ultrasound visit each week at the end, plus assorted doctor, midwife, OB, and peri visits. The first NST is today.
We also, in the four day week, have a peri appointment and a me appointment. Counting the lab, that’s seven in one week. On three days. Two of them snowy.
Oh well. We’re just lucky the worst of today isn’t supposed to hit until later. For the afternoon appointment, we’ll only be a mile and a half away.
Presumably we’ll be back later with Sadie stats from her visit…
