Exciting Day
The guy from the shop said he’d pick up the van “maybe Sunday” before I remembered I’d originally planned to work Sunday. This only matters because he is also dropping off a computer for me to work on at the same time. So I’m just hanging out, waiting…
Sadly, it’s one of those days hot and humid enough that we’d have all packed up and gone to the office together, for the sake of the AC. Oh well. I also need to go to BJ’s today, as we are out of some staples.
Yesterday was much more fun. As implied by today’s Sadie picture, we went swimming for much of the afternoon yesterday. This time I used sunscreen. Go me. Thus I have nothing more than light redness on my scalp and part of my back. Swimming is cool because it’s exercise that doesn’t feel like exercise. But damn, you know it when you get home and collapse, and then sleep extremely well.
I’d give my right arm for a pool to exercise without realizing it right now.
I checked into a membership at the Y. . .
