Love is way, way more than the gooey feelings that last for maybe 10 minutes. It’s putting up with those tedious little habits your loved one persists in keeping. It’s caring for that loved one when they are ill and cranky. It’s moving across the country (or around the world) when what you really want to do is stay where you are. It’s putting the other person ahead of yourself.
