It Really Sucks
To set the alarm for two hours earlier than you’ve been setting it and getting up, then wake up an hour and a half before that early time and never be able to fall back to sleep! Although I was starting to get close at the point when the alarm beeped. Argh.
We’re trying to adjust our whole sleep schedule and become more sensible and efficient.
