It’s always something.
So we’re still having this weird problem where it takes for freaking ever to load our blog here at home. There are a variety of other websites that are suffering, too, and even Jay is a bit mystified at the goings-on. Hopefully it’ll get itself sorted out in short order.
I spent a good chunk of the day today packing. After the bizarre demonstration that Tinpot Redneck, BusyBody Sister, and Slacker Dude put on last night I’m not sure I feel great about spending even another month here. Tinpot Redneck just gives me bad vibes. He’s arrogant but with a slightly creepy edge, like he pulled the wings off of butterflies a lot when he was a kid or something. He shows up with his trailer and a new lawnmower and proceeds to block access to the little parking we do have. He’s got BusyBody Sister along with him, and Slacker Dude goes down to schmooze...and take his trash to the street for the first time in three fucking weeks. At some point in their cozy little conversation they all went over and freaking inspected one of our cars...walking all the way around, looking at it more closely than any scenario we’ve been able to come up with explains. Very, very creepy. Ugh.
BTW, Jay pieced it together properly, the garage now belongs to Tinpot Redneck. If that means he’ll be around the place more then I certainly can’t be out of here fast enough. Not to mention that I suppose that cements that not only will our parking be gone but the garbage will have to stay right outside our bedroom window, which is just intolerable.
Other than all that, not much going on. I am so freaking hormonal that I can’t even come up with a nice description of how freaking hormonal I am. It was downright cold today...don’t think it hit 60. All of this bouncing around probably isn’t helping my mood. Sadie is cute as ever, though. That makes up for an awful lot.
Sadie is an absolute doll!!!
I live in Florida and our high today was 94 with a heat index of 103, you wanna trade??
I’ve found that almond m&m’s help with the hormonal problem. :o)

And you know, I might trade you even with the heat...I love Pensacola and still miss it (I got to live there for a couple of years, Navy and after Navy).
CTG, that’s exactly where we’ve been looking.
