Question for Jen, or whoever wants to answer it:

What would be the female variants of the names “Owen” and “Lucas”?

Just idly wondering…

1. How about the most obvious, Owena and Lucia?  Or Owyna and Lucaya?  Or Oleo and Lydia?  Or Owivia and...helpful, no?

   How about Rachel and Jessica?

3. Owen is Owena. (it’s Welsh, I believe) That one I knew from all the baby name books I collected when I was a teenager

5. Gee, thanks, Ith!  From this I learned that my name is actually the male variant of Gwyneth or Gwyneira (I am female, really, I am)...meaning “King of the Fairies,” or “leader of the Wild Hunt.” [going to grab my sword, and my crown]
