Ouch
I am paying for that clearing of snow yesterday, in the form of stiffness and a moderately sore back. Luckily not much accumulated after I was done, so the main thing will be to clear off the cars. Which I have to go out and do ASAP because we have to leave at 11:00 for an “emergency” perinatologist visit (scheduled after some concerns arose Thursday).
Is the 13th a good day to be born? I dunno. One of my friends would be thrilled if Val arrived on the 14th, which is his birthday. The 14th is also Eric Lindholm’s birthday, as you will be reminded here tomorrow. I preloaded the birthday announcements for the rest of the month, in case I got too distracted.
Anyway, off to clear the snow, then maybe the shower will melt the back woes away. Heck, the activity will probably help.
Now I feel guilty! It was warm enough here that the streets and sidewalks melted enough to get around. Even my car was clean this morning. We only got about 12-16 inches though…

Personally, I think Valentine’s Day is a good day for Valerie to arrive… unless she wants to wait a week or so....
