Running Away
Inside the house smells so foul Deb can barely contain her stomach. I am not far behind. I checked it out and found it’s not something in the cellar, which merely smells a bit mustier than normal. It’s outside! There’s an almost asphalt-like stench in the neighborhood, and it bothered me more outside the house than inside. Jeez.
The worst area is the back stairs, where there are open windows but no fans, and that stench is mixing with slacker dude apparently having put garbage at the top of the stairs outside his door again since trash day.
So we’re off in a few. There may be blogging anyway, since the logical place to wind up is the office. Besides the need to go to Wal-Mart for diapers and Maalox Max. We blew through a bottle of 90 in a week. I wish I could get them by the case or something.
- Smells are a bad thing. I hope whatever it is, it clears up soon.
On the way home yesterday, I passed a garbage can that had a baggie on top with something in it. Before I realized, I’d already caught a whiff. I came so close to throwing up. I think it was rotten fish, but whatever it was it was retch inducing.

BeezleBub and I made a return to the old WP Manse yesterday to pick up a few things the old landlords insisted we get rid (even though they didn’t belong to me). After less than 5 minutes I remembered why I was glad we moved - IT WAS TOO DAMN NOISY!!
To go time it is. Go you must.
May the farce be with you....
