Shelf Life
Can anyone tell me anything about the shelf lives of unopened shredded coconut, unopened raisins, opened or unopened chocolate, white chocolate, or butterscotch morsels? Trying to decide what ought to be moved or tossed. The opened items were opened and last used probably in December last year.
unopened should be ok. For all of them. The raisins might be suspicious, but probably worth keeping.
Just give them a good visual inspection.

Sugar is the one substance that can withstand society going insane from the spread of a mutant monkey virus that infects its victims with irrational anger. If their sugar was safe, I’m sure the chocolate morsels that have been nestled safe in your pantry are just fine.
I’d toss the coconut, just to be safe. But everything else sounds like fair game.
