So Sad
When a power surge or something makes a motherboard lose its mind, forcing reallocation of a computer meant for someone else, and leading me to suggest they buy another four brand new computers to replace all the oldest ones once and for all and leave a spare for times like this.
Of course, my latest bill was almost double normal, the next will be at least as much, and they’re already planning on spending as much as $6000 for another technology upgrade in the next month or so, making this a great time to suggest spending another $2850.
Oh well.
I just wish the dead machine were not one that runs software unique in the entire office, so I have to find out where went the CD and how to install and make it work all over again.
