Yay for a New Camera!
Here is the first picture ever taken on our new camera, which is a fantastic Christmas present from Deb’s parents. It’s an HP Photosmart M417, 5.2 megapixel, optical zoom, which is probably better than what we’d have bought ourselves. We’ll need a memory card with more capacity, even shooting most stuff at 3 MP, but for now the card from the old camera does the trick. By getting another card, we can also have the old camera as a spare/backup as needed. Anyway, here is a rather imperious looking Sadie:
This is larger file size than usual, because it was taken at the default 5 MP, as opposed to medium quality 3 MP, or the best quality 5 MP that’s recommended for prints. Another reason to step it down.
